Hey wait - I have a similar config, you telling me I need to upgrade from 850w too? Is it the GPU? I mostly edit video FWIW, not sure if that's more or less demanding than gaming. I thought 850w was pretty safe.All sorted on the phone so my last minute upgrade to the CORSAIR 1000W RMx SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET from the 850 version is all goodLiterally bouncing off the walls now

I have been told they have less staff working on systems where windows is not required. However I was also told that it should be tested tomorrow. I personally believe emails and the wording on the website is deliberately vague. I wish the flowchart was more realistic that's all. Will say though they do get back to you quite fast via email so that's a good thing.

Yeah that was just me adding some insurance basically, 850 would be plenty really! and for an extra £25 I thougt it was worth it

1000w is the comfort zone. 850w will just about do.

I don't understand how the the installation of windows matters when they still install a test version of windows regardless for non OS orders.
