Well im only 17 days in and im dying.. my laptop is slowly failing me and the wait is sooo long😒i just wanna get back to streaming and making youtube videos andplay minecraft with a higher render dinstance cause 8 chunks at a time 😪just aint it…. The days go by ever so slowly

I'm at 98 working days now, so fingers crossed I might finally have it in my hands by the end of the month.....hopefully

I have kept a keen interest since I ordered back in early March and it has hovered around the 100 day pre production mark almost all the way

Just had a look on PC world as well , and have seen a PC SPECIALIST own branded build in stock on there site containing a 3080 and 5900x ( I saw over 3 in stock). How in any sense is that ok when there is us waiting 100 working days for ours.

Currys/PC World and PC Specialist seem to have an agreement to sell products on Currys/PC World and these deals would require shipment of products by specific dates or close to an agreed date considering the chip shortage.
Or Curry’s/PC World got to 100 working days before us and haven’t posted 🤬
I’m guessing of course. Financial deals between companies not my forte. I’m here for the cake in 20 working days 😂

you don’t really need that explaining so you? If so, I’m not sure a custom build is what you need.
Quite simple, they’re off the shelf products, these are custom builds. Major difference!

I understand these are custom builds but these 3080 cards which are PC specialist cards could be used for other people's builds rather than using them for overpriced off the shelf products they sell on PC world for example.

That’s a really naive thing to say though, we’re not PCS only customers, they have contracts with PCWorld and Very and I’m sure others, and have to keep up with those agreements in the same way they have to meet your expectations. Why do you think you’re more important?

A customer is a customer. In fact stores like PCWorld and Very likely order large numbers at a time and thus spend way more in one hit than any individual customer!
