Why if you've got a monitor budget so high are you capping the PC budget so low?

Ok, clearly you’re not familiar with how PCs work, no PC will be enough after say 3 or 4 years, no matter what you configure now.
Any PC has a strong platform that can sustain upgrades.
Over the 10 year expected lifecycle of a pc you should only ever have to upgrade the gpu.
If you’re looking for a throwaway pc, just get a preconfigured one, no benefit to getting a custom build
I am not looking for a throwaway, but I am looking for a High end but not completely crazy high end PC to last for the next few years that I can then keep improving upon as you said

I'm sorry but you're not making any sense at all, you're intentionally keeping information we need to help you, and then saying one thing then reversing it in the next sentence. I am looking to spend a max of 5k on monitors in January, i watched your videos of the good ones so will try and get the 2nd or third best ome from that video or see if there are better ones available in January. I'm not sure what other info you might need now
