What do you mean 'log into Armoury Crate' - it's an app on your machine, it shouldn't require any log in!

If you post your full config from your PCS order page, I'm sure someone can assist further!

What does it say when you click the 'Where do I find my serial number'?

I think on that motherboard, the serial number is on the side of the motherboard, in about this area:

But I still don't know why you need to register it, as your warranty is through PCSpecialist...and it's PCS who would handle any returns/repairs.

OP seems to be trying to change lighting settings in Armory Crate and its asking him to register the product. I certainly didn't have to do with with my PC but I guess it might on occasion not pull that data itself? Somehow? Not sure.

@edenupy as @TonyCarter asked, what happens when you click 'where is my serial number'. Else you could try to find the number on the motherboard as suggested in Tony's post above.

hii thanks for trying to help, ive tried everything from restarting the pc and unplugging it... i still cannot seem to get my lights on the pc to connect to the aura sync, i have changd the lights before without registering it but now itjust seems to not work, which is why i tried registering it and it comes up with "invalid serial number" although i know that its the correct one as it says on the motherboard. im still new to this so i have no idea what im doing lol, i just want my lights to sync...
sorry for the many files attached but this is literally what is says: that there is no device for the aura sync to connect to?

You won't be able to register it as you have an OEM board, not a retail one. But you don't need to register it anyway, doesn't help with the program working or not.

What lights are you trying to connect to aura sync? The case lights or some internal lights?

I would suggest phoning PCS and registering the PC with them, that will then give you access to an online account with all your specifications which we need to be able to tell which components are controlled by the motherboard.

I don’t know what case or fans are in that model, you may have to register it with PCS to get more info, and support.

That motherboard has 2x Aura-addressable RGB headers and 2 x Aura-addressable ARGB gen 2 headers…but I don’t know what components in that build are addressable from Aura…or if there’s a button on the case to change the RGB.

yes i have a button on the top which can switch the lights and i am quite happy with that for the momonet without all the flashing lights but its just a bit bizzare that one moment they connected and i could control the lights with aura sync in armouny crate but nowwont let me. i dont really know what the lights are called but its not case lights a i havent bought any exttra lights for it, its literally just the internal ones..... i think
Ive unistalled armoury crate and will reinstall it to see if that works, if not then i'll call up PCS to see if its an issue which they can help with 😭

Whatever happens, you need to register the PC with PCS as that will activate your warranty, and if you ever need support on here, it's almost impossible to advise without knowing the detailed specs which is something you'll get access to in your account and the first thing we ask for when anyone posts.
