Hello folks,
I wonder if someone more gifted in this field may be able to provide some advice. I've had my PC Specialist computer for about 3 years now, and I'm at the stage where i'm planning potential upgrades. My current spec is as follows:
My PC is used solely for gaming, mainly World of Warcraft, COD, DayZ, Battlefield, GTA, The Witcher, Red Dead, etc.
Many of these games are quite CPU intensive, so I know that's due an upgrade. My current Graphics card is now quite outdated, but generally can still run most of the games I play very well.
I looked at the upgrade section of the site and I wondered about certain compatibility issues, if my Motherboard is too old to handle a big upgrade, how much RAM I should be getting etc.
On a quick scan of what i was looking at, it was showing in the region of £600 for upgraded RAM, GPU, Storage, Cooling, etc. With my current set up, are there going to be any issues with upgrading to such an extent? Would it make more sense to make inroads into a new PC?
Andy advice would be appreciated!
Thanks!
