[SOLVED] Order follow up and opening hours

Greetings all,
I'm trying to get some updates on my order and can't reach local offices in France. I thought I'd post here because of more activity.
Are all offices closed still this week? How can I get some feedback on my order?

Hello,

So, in fact, the french "office" is the same as the uk one, they just have some people speaking french in the same office doing french working hour (so, from 9am to 5pm).

And after looking, the uk "office" is also close, so, maybe it's just that they are still in holiday as the worked during the christmas holidays ^^"

They should be open. Both their normal and christmas opening hours show that January 3rd, is 9AM - 8PM.

Nope, the days and dates next year is different. January 3rd next year is a Tuesday, so it's this year. Someone at the company has just clearly messed up with their open hours.
