Spec for 3D rendering & modelling

Hi, I'm looking to buy a workstation to enable me to go freelance as an Interior Designer, I need to be making photorealistic renders of large interior space for a client.

I will be using Cinema4D and Redshift which requires a high amount of GPU and 3D Studio Max & VRAY which requires CPU, so I'm needing a machine that can deal with both and render quickly. Usual additional software such as Adobe Suite as well as 3D Substance will be used in conjunction to the above software.

I have specced up the below but would appreciate any comments on whether it's the right fit. I'd like the machine to service me for the long term so I have tried to over spec.

I will preface this by saying I am not an expert in this sort of use so I would wait for a second opinion. However, you want to stay away from high end Intel's at the moment as they are having issues with degradation (I'll link to a forum post after when I can find it)

Great build. Some slight changes that I would consider below. It's a bit more money but I'll attempt to justify the reasoning.

The ProArt creator motherboard costs a bomb but it has USB4.0 on-board which uses a TB4 compatible chip. Requires a little BIOS configuration but you could ask PCS to do this for you to save you the trouble.

I wouldn't plum for the Asus 4090. I just don't see it being worth £100. If you want a known and you're happy to pay that though then it's a fair enough decision. I just wouldn't personally pay the difference.

I've gone for the top end M2 drive as the primary. They're insane drives and will cover the future without sweat. I've added a third drive just to use as a cache etc.

The rest remains unchanged other than removing the TB4 card.
