Haha, that's all fine. You would be surprised with the changes that we see all to save a couple of £ that throws things out or creates a bottleneck.

Shouldn't be long to wait at all then. Once the parts are in they tend to be quite quick and putting it all together

HI Scott quick question, i've had to cancel a holiday (Trains! ) so have some money to play with. In an early post, you mentioned 4070 super ti was a minimum for my setup's potential but possibly a 4080 super would be better, obviously limited by my budget. I still have the option to amend my order, but would choosing this upgrade knock the system you suggested for me out of whack. I literally have changed nothing but I was curious on your take if this would be a net benefit ?

You can slot a 4080 Super into the build Scott suggested with no alterations. It is definitely the GPU you want for 4k120 gaming. You could potentially swap to an AMD GPU and save some money but that would only be if Ray-Tracing was not important. AMD GPUs are excellent but are behind NVIDIA when it comes to RT.

And how do you fit a 4080 into the budget exactly? I guess you could just glue a 4080 onto a sheet of paper, but I’m not sure gaming performance would be terribly good?

I'm in pre production if I swapped now the extra cost between the 4070 super ti and 4080 super is around £250 pounds more , which I could now afford because of the canceled holiday I was just checking if it would be worth it?
