Excellent! Mine has been dispatched, scheduled for delivery by DPD on Monday.
What's your laptop spec? Have you run any benchmarks yet?

Spoke to a rep on live chat and they said my order had been picked and was ready for build at around 7:20am. They must really be busy because I'm still on pre-production and it's approaching 6pm. Well, at least I know they have all the components I've asked for.

The email I got 2 days ago was like: Assembly is finished, now it's awaiting Testing (but translated in my language).
So you might get your email when assembly is done, not when is starting.

Really useful thread, i ordered an Ionico 15" with 3070 card.

Got the first delayed email because of chinese new year and nvidia cards and now another two weeks added on which will take working days up towards 26 by the time it's allegedly ready.

Are you saying if you can upgrade the build time as an option it means that they have the stock in now but just working through the backlog? If so, spending the money might be worth it?

Seems like they are getting them out so i'd be interested to hear what people think?

Does anyone know where we are with Optimus 17.3"?

I ordered mine on 11 February. I have received updates every Monday morning, but did not receive one this morning. I sent an email requesting an update last week, and asking what is in stock, but have not received a response.

The last email stated it expected to be in production by Monday 15 March.

I have a business need for this by the end of the month. I am think I may have to cancel and order an off the shelf from elsewhere for an extra £3-400 or something. I guess I have another week or so before I may need to rethink it.

Use Live chat for prompt reply from them. Navigate around the PCS website and it should pop up as a notification in the lower right corner.

Had an email response. Sounds like they are out of stock on the graphics cards until the end of the month.

Ignored my question about what is in stock.

Does anyone know how to cancel an order?

If you go to order and then cancel in your account it tells you how to cancel.

Sorry, I dont see the option to cancel. I see an option to amend the order. Unless you mean I have to send an email to their enquiries address? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Ughhh... So I need to spend hours on the phone, or wait a week for them to read my email, and even longer to get my money back.

A bad time to have ordered. I wish they had been clearer about the delays when ordering

I'm in the same boat I ordered mine 11th Feb and I needed it for this weekend and I'm still in preproduction, I ordered the ionico 17.3 with 3070. Build date is now 15th March

To answer my own question, I paid for the express build yesterday. It is now in building as of this morning.

I'd assume this means that they do have stock, just not a lot of it and a lot of orders.

Hopefully have it by the end of the week or early next week if testing goes ok etc.

Now in testing as of this afternoon.

Seems a bit of a shame that you have to pay to get it to progress but needs must!

I have had a further update no my 17 " Optima, Ill post it here as it might help other people.

Ordered on 11th feb

"TongFang GK7MRFR (4GB GTX-1650 Ti, i7-10750H, 120Hz, Blank KB) - There has unfortunately been a delay with the delivery of your laptop, our supplier has now estimated that this should be delivered between the end of March and the middle of April,"

It is what it is, but it sounds like PCSpecialist are understaffed when dealing with queries. If they had dealt with mine more promtly, I may have been able to order a replacement from them.
