Streaming and recording 60 fps with these specs?

What monitor are you pairing it with, what resolution and refresh rate or make and model if you're unsure?

What's your max budget?

Monitor is in the description its 27" 144hz 1920x1080 if that helps and it was 1300 overall I've ordered it now but dont think I could get any better with that price range

For streaming, you'd be better off with the 3700x and a 1660 Super if you're happy gaming at 1080p.

3600x is a pointless chip, it's no better than the 3600 but costs more.

From what I'm looking at I dont see why the system I've chose is so much worse then what you've chose and why mine would be okay for recording 60fps

Simple. Someone's given you a system that is better spec'd for the same money as the system you'd spec'd.

If streaming and 1080p are the goals I would definitely up the CPU and lower the GPU...

Note, this doesn't include a monitor as I would likely source externally.
