So that’s a 60hz 4k monitor, so doesn’t matter how many FPS the GPU is outputting, the screen is fixed at 60FPS.

But that GPU is not a 4k card and will struggle with most games.

The monitor doesn’t match the PC I’m afraid, will never be a terribly good experience.

No, you need to downgrade to a 1440p 144hz monitor, what’s your budget? It would be about £350 for an entry level.
