I purchased a new expensive PC in October which arrived 23 December 2020. Mid Jan sound system developed a fault had to return. It has now been there 2 weeks no information on progress, no update on their website return system, no one answering telephone or replying to my email. Have no idea what is going on or when I am ever likely to see pc again. Shocking after sales.

RMAs are taking around a month at the moment.

The phones are working, there’s just a long queue due to demand.
