Switched on TPM 2.0 - WiFi and Bluetooth No Longer Work

I have a just over 1 year old gaming PC from PCS. I've just been in the AMI Megatrends UEFI/BIOS and switched on TPM 2.0. Now there is no wifi or bluetooth, which suprised me. Reading a few articles and no mention on this issue. And settings seem to have completely disappeared.
Grateful for a pointer and workround/fix??

Does the wi-fi card show in the device manager

First thing to try; does the Wi-Fi & Bluetooth come back if you disable TPM?

Both come back and work correctly if TPM is disabled. One for ASUS I think.

I switched on TPM in my BIOS on Wednesday, I read it was in the firmware of AMD Ryzen Processors.

I have the same Processor as you, but the board is TUF X570, I also have the AX200 card.

I didn't have any issues with BT or WiFi.

My BIOS is AMI 3603, dated 20th March.

Both come back and work correctly if TPM is disabled. One for ASUS I think.

I would contact PCS and enquire about a BIOS update if you’re not on the latest. It’s quite possible it was a bug that’s been addressed. Do contact PCS though, you have to run BIOS updates through them to retain warranty.

I've updated BIOS and will enable TPM again. And retrospectively told PCS. Oops.

Thanks for advice. PCS informed and have retrospectively authorised. TPM 2.0 enabled and all works as before. Surprised that ASUS page on enabling TPM doesn't have check BIOS/update if necessary.
