Symbols and switches on the top right of my Optimus 17.3" Laptop layout are?

Can you please tell me what the symbols and switches are at the top right of my Optimus 17.3" Laptop layout are? I have attached a picture annotated with my best guesses as to their function.
Thank you for any help you can give.
Also is there anywhere I can download a user's manual for the Laptop? I have misplaced/lost my original copy.

The speed monitor as you put it is actually the three profile settings: Office, Gaming, Performance.

Lights are Caps lock, Charging and Power as you have sort of guessed.

Sorry - forgot to add - log into your PCS account and I think there are booklets in there.

I didnt actually get a laptop specific booklet just a welcome one.

Forgot to add that there is no manual as such. i even looked at the XMG core version and Schenker and they have no manuals either
