The front case fans I presume? They’re DC fans so not as controllable as PWM fans. But if you can check which fan header they are connected to on the motherboard you can use the bios to set a speed profile for them. My guess is they’re connected to CPU opt header.
So just trace the power cables from fans to motherboard to determine which header controls the fan speeds. Then launch the BIOS and configure the fans with a suitable fan curve.
