Hello there. Cut a very long story short, bought this PC 3 weeks ago, and now on my 3rd problem! 1st a HHD replaced. 2nd water leak!
Now 3rd the liquid cooler, 1 of the 2 fans not spinning!
Ok im no where near the experience you probably got over me when it comes to PC's, as my knowledge is limited but Surely now on my 3rd problem, i should refund and move on my merry way?

I appreciate any advise or help in advance

We love you Ukraine
I wouldn't have chosen that cooler with that build at all, but then again, we did give you advice which you chose not to follow.

That's a very budget cooler and is going to be running full pelt with that CPU, it's not really suitable.

But anyway, have you checked the fan to see if it's plugged in ok?

I really don't understand why you went ahead with that build, you could have spent significantly less and got a far superior performing machine.

That’s because you’re drivers aren’t configured.

Is this a PCSpecialist machine? Can you post your full specs from the order page? Is it the build above? Did you order without windows?

Yes i bought this from PC specialists and it come with win 10. I have fixed the issue had to reinstall my monitor drivers for some reason.

As for your 1st post. I appreciate your "pushed" opinion, and yes your right but this system happily plods along at 80 fps on Metro exodus, squad, RD2, iL2 which is what im currently playing, all maxed (capped frames to 80 on all my games bar the odd first person shooter.)
I wont have to worry about jumping to the 3090 yet and as for the cooler I speak with them and get that replaced.

Appreciate your time as always

Its not a "pushed opinion".
Youve taken an Intel chip, which already have issues over thermals, overclocked it and then put a budget, cheap and cheerful cooler on it.
Its like trying to tackle a housefire with a watering can.

Pushed as in he kept on about this on another thread.
Ive put the h100i as a replacement if you bare in mind the 500se is a big and well ventilated case. Temps no higher than 40s and 70s on gpu after 4 hours on metro then squad for 2.

The pushing is trying to get you to understand that we want the best bang for your buck.

Buying an Intel system is like burning money right now. It will no doubt manage what you are asking for but it's more a question of what could you have got for the money and how much more future proof would it have been if you had listened.

H100i should make a big difference.

40C on the CPU while gaming sounds like it's not reporting the temps right as the 10700k would barely see that temp idle on the PCS cooler, never mind when being used.

In a way it’s worse than just burning money, with the new Intel chips out next year, the current CPU’s and Motherboards are all that will be available, dead end upgrades.

Daft question gents.. when will my system fail to hit the magic 60fps in games? (I play 1080p on most games, with settings on max or there abouts) happy old eyes.

My old i7 1060 6gb 32gb (6year old+) played everything i chucked at it, with some settings altered of course. So if this system can do 5 without upgrading, then im happy. Also the time my PC struggles Im sure the upgrade will make the new Ryzen or 3000 series look like my 1060?

Not sure what that's supposed to mean but my 2080 runs 1080p on Ultra in its sleep (that's my TV resolution).

The 2060 would run 1080p on ultra at 60fps, never mind the 2080Ti.

There's a big difference between 1080p at 60hz and 1440p at 144hz. At 60hz the 2080ti would run most games at ultra at 4k.

When are you thinking about upgrading your 2080?

Next year, to the 3080 (or Ti). That's for VR on my Index though and nothing to do with 1080p gaming. For 1080p I would never even have considered spending on the 2080. I like a bit of extra juice so I would have went for the 2060 if all I was doing was gaming on my TV (the 1660 Super would more than have had me covered).

I honestly believe you have thrown the best part of £1k away by getting the Ti 3 weeks ago. It's less powerful than the soon to be released £500 3070, never mind the newly released 3080 at £700. With all things considered the soon to be released 3060 is MASSIVE overkill for your uses but still around £800 less than your purchase.
