they are currently prioritising EU customers due to customs and transit to deliver before Christmas
Not really if you want fairness for all. If anything it's more fair.Seems a tad unfair.
That’s Brexit for you.Seems a tad unfair.
I'm sure the Zotac has the logo on its side in RGB, no?OK so I ended up getting the Zotac, which while having a lot less RGB (none) is actually a nicer looking card than the palit visually, performance is of course unaffected.
Merry Christmas to you too. I hope the whole team manage to get some sort of relaxed festive period after your manic build sesh.Hello All,
I wanted to check in and I hope you are all safe and enjoying the run-up to the festive period.
PCSpecialist have every hand on deck, working extraordinary amounts of overtime and working through some weekends *Plays worlds smallest violin*.
But overall, PCSpecialist is appreciative of every order placed and for the patience you are giving our team. It's a stressful time for all and some processes in the runup to Christmas had to be changed to ensure that presents arrive in good time.
The information given by our call centre is true and our production facility is having to prioritise EU orders. If we hadn't made this alteration to prioritisation, our promise would likely have not been met for some of our customers over the pond, this is something we weren't willing to sacrifice.
On the surface, it seems unfair and you will find that original estimations of service will be delayed by a couple of working days. But for all UK orders that have no pre-order status assigned, will be finished in time for delivery before the 23rd of December.
As a reminder, the Christmas guarantee ended on the 4th of December.
The challenges facing our courier services post-Brexit largely involve the politics behind customs clearance, the delays to custom clearance is the reason behind EU being at the forefront of our production facility. BUT! things are looking fantastic and EU orders are nearly there.
After this small bump, UK orders will be firing out of our facility at a record pace, but be rest assured our quality will not suffer.
take care all!
Merry Christmas from the PCSpecialist team,
Rhys Tracey
