thinking of ordering a vortex III but have questions

had my V111 for a month or two now.
The noise level is very low . I use it for gaming and even when the fan is running it is quiet .
The fingerprint reader doesn't work. If I could have spec'd it without, i would have .
PCS suggest returning it using an RMA.
Don't bother ordering a bag. I am very disappointed with the Targus I ordered .
Been told by PCS that the pictures are 'for illustrative purposes only' !
The keyboard layout isn't as good as the previous clevo model I had from about 5 years ago.
I got used to the double space 'return' key but don't have that with this latest model.
It is nice to have the keyboard lit up though, as I game a lot at night.
It boots very quickly, graphics are great and it is much much quieter than my older model.
All in all ok with the exceptions listed above.
Oh one good point, they upgraded my graphics due to the introduction of Ivy bridge.
No charge for which I am very grateful.

If you want any response at all, you have to call them.
