Whether or not it will run 240Hz is very dependent on the game, the settings, and most importantly the resolution. If 1080p, not too graphically intensive game, and some tweaked settings to ensure a stable 240 fps, then yes it should run the majority of games at 240fps 1080p on medium+ settings. However don't expect to run on 4k 240 Hz with settings on ultra playing a game which is very GPU bound.
