Tower PC for young guy - £1,000 budget

Hi guys, I'm posting here as a favour for a friend. She is looking for a tower PC for her son. Her total budget is £1,000 max, including screen and peripherals.

I had a look on the PC specialist site and found some good prebuilds and then I found this spec that actually looked quite good, with my major concern being the quality of the 22 inch monitor. For the price, do you think this is a good buy (provided I can validate the screen and peripherals are acceptable)?

Ah I do apologise, I wasn't aware of the policy on that. Is it okay if I just post some of the components as a guide, rather than referring directly to the build from that provider?
