I'm aware that my mobo doesnt have wifi or bluetooth, (i didnt know this when i got it got it on none of the mobo state built in bluetooth so im using usb wifi adapter and bluetooth.. incase your wondering)

If anyone can advise me also of a good low profile network card that i'd be able to install with this case as there isnt exactly space to install extra PCI cards

Have you reinstalled windows or reset it since you got it?

Trusted installer is a windows system file, I'm not sure why that's showing as the owner of your c drive but that's not correct.

What exactly are you trying to open and from what location.

It doesn't look like your permissions are set correctly.

Trusted installer is a windows system file, you shouldn't have any write permissions or anything on that as it would be set to system accounts.

had some random freezes so i wanted to check the event window, but then also my soundbar wasnt connecting so i was trying to go into device manager to remove it so i can reconnect it via bluetooth but couldnt access it

When you say you can't access it, why not? Can you take a screenshot of the error?

What card / dongle are you using for bluetooth as there's nothing listed in your specs?

TBH, I would just do a clean install of windows, looks like your permissions are all borked.
That's assuming it's just your account on there, and it's not been setup but someone else as the administrator as in that case you'd need to speak to them as it doesn't appear you have rights for admin tasks.
+1 to reinstalling Windows.

I once had this happen when logging in to my personal PC using my work email address. It somehow changed all of my permissions and the only fix was to do a clean reinstall of Windows.

Managed to fix it after some tinkering

went into HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\ and deleted the disallowed folder, now i can access what i couldnt before

Whilst that may have fixed that issue for the time being if you have one permissions issue like that then you may find more later - cos that just shouldn't happen
might just have to desktop shortcut it for easy access if i got to keep deleting it lol, if it continues then i will fresh install

The point is, it's likely that's not the only setting to have changed, you'll likely find other things that are amiss as you use it.

It's far easier to clean install while the system is still new than once it's been used for a long time.

I would definitely recommend a clean install. For that setting to have changed, others certainly will have as well.

Yeah clean install, follow these instructions:

Download a new copy of Windows using the Media Creation Tool (Second option on linked page) to an 8GB (min) USB.
Boot that USB and choose a Custom Install.
Delete all UEFI partitions on the system drive (EFI System, Recovery, MSR Reserved, Primary).
Select the unallocated space that results and click the Next button. The installer will create the correct partitions and install Windows.
Run Windows Update repeatedly, even across reboots, until no more updates are found.
You may need/want to download and install the latest graphics driver from the Nvidia/AMD website (they change so regularly the latest version isn't always in the Windows libraries).
This is also worth a watch
