Thanks for that information, I didn't realise that.

However, if I fit my own card then and it does not work then the problem is where does the fault lay, motherboard, PSU, or the card?

Additionally, how can pCS test the pc without a graphics card, perhaps they fit a temporary card and do it that way?

We could help troubleshoot if there were any problems installing the card as a primary point of help, we can usually pin point where the error lies.

If it did end up being the card, you could get a replacement from the place you bought it, if it was the build, then PCS would honour any replacements from that stance.

PCS would install a bog standard graphics card to test the system with.
