USBs disconnecting and reconnecting while in Use

My Current pc seems to disconnect and reconnect all usb devices while running I do have a powered usb hub which seems not to be helping is there anything I can do to solve this or is it a question in getting a more powerful pc

Is this a PCS system? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

To be clear, is this just the devices on the hub, or the USB ports on the motherboard or case?

What port have you got the USB Hub plugged into, motherboard or case?

No this is not a pcs system, effects all usbs powered hub is plugged into the the motherboard.

Motherboard: ASUS Prime B-550-Plus
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6 core 4.6Ghz
Graphics card : Zotac Gaming Geforce RTX 4070 Ti
Ram: 4 x 8GB 3200Mhz DDR4
