Hi, I purchased the Proteus VII laptop (RTX 2060 & i7-9750) and am loving it so far! However I have noticed that the CPU cores vary drastically in temperature (Up to 20 degrees!) and as a result my Average CPU temp is higher than i would like:

For a temporary fix for these high temps, i have reduced the 6-core turbo limit from 3.8Ghz to 3.3Ghz but this temperature difference still exists. After some research online I heard that a possible cause of this is the uneven application of thermal paste? Is this likely and if so would PC specialist reapply this? I'm reluctant to reapply past myself in case I cause any damages or void my warranty. (I also already payed extra for the arctic cooling paste, but i don't know if its having much of an effect)
