Hi all,

Received my Vyper 3 today without the OS so have installed Windows 10 with all the updates/the drivers.

However, I don't seem to have the centre to control my fan speed/RGB etc.

Can anyone shed some light on what it might be called in my Downloads, or another way to install the software on my laptop please?

Thankss!

I think it’s called control center in the downloads section of the main site.

Is that accessed through my account? If so I've gone through them but cant seem to find it there.

Or do you have a link to it at all? Thanks!

My drivers and software were uploaded onto the pcs account page about 2-3 days after I recieved my machine, I also found that if you search for "clevo" in the windows store, there is a control centre 3.0 there, it may be worth trying to see if its the right one for your machine, or mods may be able to confirm if this is the right software etc. :)

It’s not a clevo.

It does look as though they’ve left it out of your downloads, I would give them a call or email to request it be uploaded to your account

@AX10 off topic, but how are you liking your new laptop?

Also, did you have to install windows completely? or just put a license key in ?

I recently ordered Recoil without windows as well and I think I read somewhere that they'd still install windows 10 for testing.

So far so good! It's a powerful bit of kit and very well built.

It can get quite hot/loud but I'll wait until I have the correct software before judging. I think I'll undervolt it too.

Yeah, it had Windows 10 on it but I wasnt too sure if it was the testing version or not so I did a complete Windows 10 install through a USB. Make sure you've got an ethernet cable because the WiFi wont work when you next log on until you download the drivers.

If you order without windows, it will come with a test windows but you can’t use that, you’ll need to reinstall from scratch. If you order with windows obviously it will be fully setup ready to go.

I've called them and it seems there's a slight issue with some of the drivers not appearing on accounts of those with a Vyper 3 15.6" chassis.

The person I spoke to said that he's going to speak with his colleague and hopefully it should appear for download by Monday.

Awesome, thanks for feeding back, that's good to know.
