Weird double caps pop up

hi yall, i think i have missclicked something or other and now have this popping up whenever i click any of the locks. how do i disable this? i find it super annoying and honestly dont know where else to ask lol

As above, it's not windows, it's in control center (gaming center u) which is the master driver on that chassis.
