Whats a good ryzen 9 3900x build?

It is £92 price difference between the 5800X and 5900X. I told them to put me down to a 5800X and then changed my mind and they refunded me £92. I sent it back when I changed my mind.

Be careful there, prices for amendments are different to new configs. Component prices fluctuate quite a lot. I think what's happened is that the price of a 5900x has increased quite significantly since Jaycen placed their order due to stock shortages and suppliers charging through the roof. The price paid at purchase is honoured during amendments, whereas in the config at the moment there is £285 between the 5800x and 5900x.

(Can a mod double check what I've said above? Don't want to be spouting false facts, but I know a 5900x is more than £92 extra than a 5800x)

You are correct I just checked. If when building a new one with just changing the CPU a 5800X £800 and something and 5900X was £1,100.

£300 or so, is not worth it unless you really need those cores. Gaming and streaming, is it worth £300? Probably not

5800X should be more than enough for gaming and streaming.
