Wi-Fi not working with ASUS Atenna

Had my pc for a while and always used the Ethernet port. Recently moved homes and can only use WiFi. This is where my issue is I cannot seem to connect to the WiFi.
All my other devices including my phones, laptops, console connect but my pc doesn’t.
It is a windows 11 pc with the ASUS Ax210 antenna. I’ve tried to usual tests of ensuring airplane mode is off and resetting the adapter and ensuring the drivers are up to date. What else can I do. I hope people may have experienced these issues before and know how to fix them.

I see, was wondering why I had two extra antenna bits. What would be the best course of action? Disable one? @SyperTracks I have attached it yes (the ASUS one not the motherboard one)

I noticed on your initial specs post that you had Norton anti-virus installed. The first thing I'd do is uninstall that as it's known to cause issues with a variety of things.

You have to use the official uninstalled tool, won’t properly remove from windows add/remove programs and will boot your windows

Worth physically removing the dedicated card, download the motherboard WiFi drivers before just in case, delete any network devices in device manager then reboot and install WiFi drivers if necessary

Didn’t particularly want to play with the hardware but may be needed to see if it works. Was thinking maybe to revert to using a Ethernet connection via power line

I wouldn't recommend power lines, they're not great, and it's totally unecessary anyway.

Ok so only put the atennas in for the dedicated card and removed the mother board one and it seemed to work.

Mine work at 100% speed 100% of the time.. Depends what brand you buy.

That’s impossible, power cabling in the walls is not Ethernet cable, has far higher resistance. You’ll unquestiinably be seeing a rediction from your routers capabilities on LAN connection (not talking WAN necessarily which is almost always far less than your internal LAN speeds)

But it’s also highly reliant on your specific houses wiring, a lot of older properties have multiple ring mains, plus degraded wiring anyway.

Nope. I download really big files and it's exactly to the spec of my ISP. If there's a difference then it's unnoticeable.
