I have recently got a pc for pcspecialist and I have no problems but for some reason recently but for the past 2 days my download has been super slow, I normal get 300mbps on my phone when I test it on speedtest app, but on my pc I get 20mbps and my download on games on steam is like 5mpbs and at most 10mbps, I have the same problem on Microsoft store, blizzard battle net and epic games store. I check my xbox to see if was a problem on there, but no it got 150mbps. I also checked speedtest on a old laptop and it got 300mpbs on speedtest and like 50 mbps on steam when downloading a game. I first though this was a windows update problem but I am update on windows and all my drivers are update so I don't what the problem is as this is clearly an isolated problem only on my PC. Also, I tried changing my internet protocol version 4(TCP/IPv4), and I have tried turning of all my background apps in setting and both had NO affect.

pls give me any suggestion what could be the problem.

Have you attached the wifi antennae from the welcome box?

This might sound like a basic question, but it's something people overlook a lot. Have you plugged the antenna into the back of your PC? It'll either go into the back of the mobo or the wi-fi card.

Also apps download at significantly slower speeds than the speeds you get. I have 200mb/s internet but for steam, I'd be very happy to get over 15mb/s download.

Can you post the full specs as it's explained in the sticky thread (I've linked below for you) please?

Are you having same issues with an ethernet cable or just wifi? Have your tried rebooting a modem?

I have ordered an internet cable to see if that works
Worth to try cable just to eliminate possible issues ;) I'm wondering if that could be a driver issue when Windows 10 installs wrong driver. Rather uninstall and reinstall from Intel may help. Don't remember which, but some recent Intel wifi drivers weren't stable so worth to do a quick research on that wifi model in regards to which driver is best and most stable.

I mean it could be the drivers but they are were up-to-date last time I checked , and this is recent thing as I have had or problem with my wife in the past
