No sadly I can’t Ethernet it although that is the intention in the future but it goes through phases where everything is fine and perfect but then can’t even load a web page and it has been like that since the pc got delivered although the first day was my fault but I will speedtest and see if it’s working but all other devices seem okay.Have you tried speedtest.
I'm in Gloucestershire on Virginmedia and today its been a bit erratic here - trying to watch the football stream and it kept buffering earlier.
Can you ethernet cable to the router and check your speeds too - to rule out if its you or them.
What speeds do you pay for?No sadly I can’t Ethernet it although that is the intention in the future but it goes through phases where everything is fine and perfect but then can’t even load a web page and it has been like that since the pc got delivered although the first day was my fault but I will speedtest and see if it’s working but all other devices seem okay.

As advised before, you need to fully uninstall bullguard.Sorry not to sure on the speeds as my parents pay and all that but it should be up there, also I use google chrome and bullguard is installed and it’s not just the browser it like the whole thing from Spotify being offline to steam not loading sometimes
Could that actually be the problem it’s that bad?As advised before, you need to fully uninstall bullguard.
Uninstall it and seeCould that actually be the problem it’s that bad?
Yes, it's awful, it's a known cause of networking issues and high CPU usage.Could that actually be the problem it’s that bad?
Is uninstalling it fully just the simple task of going to the apps and features in settings and clicking uninstallYes, it's awful, it's a known cause of networking issues and high CPU usage.
Aside from that, it's not a very good anti virus anyway.
Yes, should do the trickIs uninstalling it fully just the simple task of going to the apps and features in settings and clicking uninstall
Perfect uninstalled now do you have to go on a website to download windows defender or is it something in settings you just turn onYes, should do the trick
it's part of windows, it will automatically enable when there's no other AV present. You can access it from running programs in the task bar:Perfect uninstalled now do you have to go on a website to download windows defender or is it something in settings you just turn on

Nothing, stick with Windows Defender, it's the best on the market.Oh perfect literally done in a click 😂 what AV should I look to get in the future one that preferably doesn’t slow down my pc 😂
Yea uninstalling bullguard doesn’t seem to have done anything I’m still struggling to load webpages and other things, it goes fine for a couple minutes then doesn’t load again but my wifi is fine I’ve checked on virgin media’s website and signal is still strong so have no clue what the problem may beNothing, stick with Windows Defender, it's the best on the market.
Yea I have done a restart and nothing for bullguard is running in the backgroundStupid question too but worth checking - you have performed a reboot / restart after uninstalling Bullguard havent you and double checked its no longer running in the background.
Yea that’s correct and just check and it is using the AX200 and for devices I think about 10-11 devices that’s including fire sticks and speakers etc also it’s hub 3If im following correctly, you put the two antennae on, rather than use the fin and use the motherboards' wifi?
Have you checked that its using the AX200 in your network and internet settings/change adaptor options?
How many other devices in the house are running through the WiFi, what Hub have virgin given you?
