Will a AMD RX580 GPU fit on a B660M DS3H Motherboard in a PCS ELEMENT CASE?

@Ekans2011 is totally correct, I'd add that you can upgrade the GPU via PCS (presuming you purchased your original machine from here) if you wished too (and that would have them check) or if you're doing it yourself (imo) your main considerations would be;
- Space in the case (length, width of GPU vs available space inside case [a rudimentary check on PCS website indicates the PCS Elements case only supports cards up to 28cm in length]
- Power Supply
- Airflow
i am confused as to why further specs are needed as all that is missing from the order is RAM, the SSD and op system (Win 11). i am aware that i can't buy parts and i am buying a full PCS system less the GPU (funds determine that it will do for now) hence the question.
the site is full of info but i didn't see anywhere about what the case fitted GPU size wise but thank you (rx580 is 27cm) and ok on power supply. i need a MB that has pci3 so apart from price would a ASUS Prime H610M be a better choice?
i understand that in my emails to PCS they can't guarantee that a part not supplied by them will fit in that case on that MB, i was interested if anyone had already purchased a similar setup or knew of it to give an answer or recommend another PCS MB that would do the job, thank you.

You won’t be able to get anything worthwhile at that budget, £1400-1500 is really the bare minimum for an entry level FHD/1080p gaming system. Furthermore, your GPU is already 7 years old and will struggle even at lower resolutions.
This is an example of a very low-end, but upgradeable, gaming system.
It would be more suitable a Radeon 7700XT but the price will go above £1500.

this would be a terrible pc, and no one would recommend buying it, it would last a couple of years before you had to replace it as it’s not upgeadeable, and as such the cost is actually £4000 over the expected 10 year lifespan, not the £1000 you’re expecting.
You can’t cut corners on a decent pc platform without negatively impacting upgradalability and therefor reducing lifespan
so after all that i still don't get my question answered?
just opinions which you may feel is important but it is not what i asked help for is it?
i wanted to know if the card would go on the MB in the case, that's it......
i didn't want a lecture on costs or a review on my current hardware and you guys might think your trying to be helpful, but i assure you, its not as if i had that kind of money to spend i would!
thank you all for your time... but ive decided not go with PCS as the experience here and with the sales team leaves a lot to be desired.
