This is fantastic! Thankyou so much. Would you recommend this over the the above Ryzen 9 build you posted? Do you reckon there will be much of a performance dip between your above post with the Ryzen 9 and this one?

There will be zero difference gaming and streaming. More cores are more aimed at video editing and number crunching. The 5900X is a "have it all" chip, where it covers everything at a high level, but for gaming and streaming the 5800X is more than enough (The 5600X does a fine job of both).

Why the 500gb SSD aswell as the 2tb one? I am assuming for Windows? But then I'd likely pop it down to a 250gb one?

500GB is for windows yes, it is also faster than the 250GB drive. I keep other files on my main drive also, but not big games etc (220GB cod lives on my games drive, as i don’t want to be reinstalling that).

2TB cuda is for loading games fast, if you feel that is more than you need, a 1TB PCS is a good budget alternative.

Keep in mind that to run at optimal speed you can't be anywhere near the threshold of the drive capacity. A 500GB drive will have no slowdown until around 50% capacity, from there it will start to drop off the more you fill it. 500GB is chosen as this gives you 250GB of maximum speed storage, which should be more than enough with reasonable management. 250GB would be cutting it very fine IMO, I wouldn't have less than 500GB for anything other than the most stringent of budgets.

There's not a lot of money to be saved doing it either.
