Windows 11 CPU Not Supported

Your windows version is probably fine, I say you just installed this optional update or similar for Windows 11:

In future, if you see anything labelled as "update preview" don't install it, wait for it to be a general release.

Check you're not running COD in compatabilty mode:
  1. Right-click on the game in the Steam Library and go to Properties
  2. Select the Local Files tab and click on Browse
  3. Locate the game’s executable and right-click > choose Properties
  4. Go to the Compatibility tab
  5. Ensure that you are not running the program in compatibility mode.

Edit: You may also need to check Steam is not also running in compatabilty mode. Exit Steam then type "Steam" in the search bar. Right click on the Steam icon, and choose Open File Location. Right click on the Steam shortcut in this folder, choose properties and then compatabilty. Make sure it's not set to run as Windows 8.

It isn't on steam, is it the same for battle net?

In battle net, go to settings, then Downloads and check the value for the install dir. Then go to that directory and look for the COD MW folder, and the exe should be in there.
