Interestingly the courier had no idea what was expected back! I handed it over as the new psu was boxed and sealed and comes with one.

So after a very early courier delivery I've installed the new psu and it's working again! Thanks again all!

Just another quick question. The courier will need the old psu, so that's the unit and leads coming out. Should I hand over the plug as well do you think? I'd hate for them to refuse it because I've not got everything.

So just got off the phone and there sending me a new psu to try as it's semi modular and fairly easy to swap. Try that tomorrow and if no joy then might be motherboard.
