Hi guys,
I'm looking for a 4K monitor to link up to my Ionico 17.3".
Am I right in saying my dGPU is linked to the "DisplayPort through USB-C" only? And is the dGPU also linked to the USB 3.1 Gen2 connection on the left side of the laptop?
I'm asking because I'm trying to understand how to...
Also, another thing that probably isn't even an issue (but could be some room for improvement regarding quality control) - could you please check the grill underneath your screen? In the image attached, the purple circles from right to left are: big gap, small gap, big gap, and then a small gap...
Hey bud, I got my Ionico about a week ago. It's a great laptop, and a massive step-up for me as well coming from a beat-up 2012 Mac! I've been having one minor problem though, and that's my wireless earbuds having audio cut out and get choppy if I move my head or if I cover my ears with my hands...
I've just sent PCS an email regarding dGPU and MUX not being available in the BIOS, but if you hear anything, do let me know. Did you manage to get a link for Control Centre 3.0? If so, would you be able to share it? Once we install Control Centre 3.0, should we uninstall Control Centre 2.0 in...
Okay, now I'm inclined to believe that the issue is with the Bluetooth in this laptop because I've just tried my girlfriend's Apple AirPods Pro and even they're having an issue. If I wear the AirPods having connected to the laptop, play music, and cover my ears with my hands, the music stops...
Looks like I've found an answer from Jabra, but it's not what I wanted. Apparently they can't always guarantee a faultless connection with laptops since they're not optimised for them. That's annoying. So they can pair faultlessly to my 2012 Mac just fine, but not with my 2021 Windows 10 Gaming...
I was only connected to my Ionico laptop; however, just to make sure, I completely unpaired from my phone and my Mac (these are the only other devices that are paired to these earphones). I made sure the firmware is up-to-date in the Jabra app.
Unfortunately, the problem persists. Additionally...
I've gone onto Device Manager > Audio Inputs and Outputs > Right clicked on each of the devices listed > Clicked update driver (for each one) > Clicked search automatically for drivers (via the Internet). For each device, it says I've got the best driver.
