I’ll have to do some troubleshooting with a technician but hopefully It’s just the GPU that needs replacing

frustrating after waiting nearly two months for it to arrive, but comes with the territory I suppose.

Managed it in the end, refitted it and still no signal so will have to call pcs tomorrow, thanks for your help everyone.

As it turns out I’d taken the wrong screws out, now it feels loose but still can’t do that latch and I’m afraid of wiggling it too much 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Well I have taken out the screws however it still feels attached to the rear end of the case and I’m trying with that latch but no luck so far

Well despite my best efforts I can’t seem to remove the gpu from the build 😂 so may have to send the entire build back unfortunately

Yeah unfortunately I’ve tried them both individually on my monitor and tv also tried all ports and different cables but no luck 😩

That’s unfortunate if the gpu is dead. Will uninstalling it and reinstalling it void the warranty? Cause obvs I don’t want that however I also don’t want to send the whole build back haha

That looks like this section to me, correct me if I’m wrong. Atm only the vga light is lit white. Although earlier the boot light was lit in a green I believe, and I’ve noticed at times the cpu light flash red for a second and then go off again.

To me it looks like a splitter as I can only see one cable running towards the gpu, looks like they’ve just tied up the splitter portion of it?

No beeps occur and nothing seems to be loose inside. Literally just getting the no signal screen on my tv and a blank screen on my monitor. Honestly I’m a complete novice when it comes to pcs and not sure if trying to take it out myself is a good idea haha 😂

All seems to be fine, I’ve tried it on my monitor using both hdmi & DP cables and on my tv using a hdmi & nothing.
