I downloaded windows 11 from Microsoft and and re-installed after completely removing every thing from my PC, so it was a completely clean install

I did a complete reinstall from scratch

I have run the test and the CPU temps were up to 100 degrees. I do not use any driver update software since doing a clean install. What cooler spec would you recommend?

I have just checked windows update and I'm up to date with no optional updates available. It was a driver tool I used to check before.
