I'm wondering if the cable is an integral part of the screen or if I can just get the cable replaced. I only have labour warranty left you see,not parts,so no idea what the cost might be for something like that. Been a fantastic laptop up till this point.

Nvidia also detects the 3070gpu in Nvidia system info. But have noticed that in Nvidia display settings my laptop display isn't on the list,only the external TV I'm connected to

Booting VR on Oculus Quest as the amd radeon won't boot it.Also ran Battlefield 2042 on a 4k TV which ran at smoothly at 60hz.Could also hear the fans ramp up hard.

Hot fix has been issued by Nvidia but notes don't mention anything about Mux!

I have also read that sometimes issues can be caused by using Geforce Experience to install the driver rather than downloading the exe. only direct from Nvidia website and installing.🤔
