No, that isn't the software I was using. It was all white and had presets for movies (I think movies), music, games etc. And the files in that folder installed it before as that is what PCS sent me in an email. It is the same software as this guy -...

Well, I clicked on the setup.bat as that does both exe. I believe it did them normally though. It did show command prompt lines too. I have clicked on that before when I tried reinstalling it ages ago when PCS forgot to install the software when it arrived to me first time.

That didn't work either. I think my laptop has just had enough lol. Not sure what else to do. I am also waiting to hear back from PCS support email too, so hopefully they will get back to me tomorrow.

No it is not showing. It did the installation process and everything but it doesn't appear up.

I did say I managed to stop the looping. I uninstalled the realtek driver and then reinstalled it before rebooting. That fixed it. I then tried to reinstall the Sound Blaster Atlas App via the downloads, and now that is not appearing when I search for on my computer.

Then I don't think the audio driver for the software is installed. So I wouldn't know where to find that, as the only thing in the audio file was for the Realtek audio. The looping was when the installer kept uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek over and over. Also, I just noticed I am...

I had to try a different way for the Realtek driver/ audio folder because it kept looping, but I will show what is in the SBX, and they don't look like drivers, only the application for Atlas.
