There was two choices - the normal 4000d case with its own fans or the 4000d RGB airflow - which has 3 x AF120 fans on the front :D

Did you go for the RGB Airflow 4000D? It'll look good :D - thats what I have :D

It would appear that it was a faulty CPU which has now been changed, but as a precaution they’ve also swapped out the grfx card for another. New M2 drive being fitted, then some quick tests, then hopefully back to me Friday. Been some excellent customer service received so far.

Just make sure you only have the cable tie not the wires when you go to squeeze.

The forums are mainly community helpers and non PCS staff. A question on Unlocking the BIOS would be better aimed directly at PCS via either the chat facility, phone or email support. Any flashing of the bios to unlock possible features would have to be done under PCS agreement otherwise you...

where did you source drivers? Have you installed Nvidia driver? Have you run all the windows updates including optionals? Can you do a screen print of your windows update page and optionals please. Also a screen print of your device manager.

Can you post the url link as well that is at the bottom of the Post your spec page - it saves people time on the configurator starting off and tweaking your build rather than having to start afresh.

What about control centre? Did you manage to get an official version put in your downloads folder?

looking back at your threads as well this seems to happen often to you but then you go quiet so I assume whatever you did back then worked - have you gone through the same processes as before to completely discount the same issue arising...

Did you remove the old paste? did you do the screws in the numbered order?

Did you not go for the system you got advice on in February then? What did you go for in the end? What’s your full spec of your new PC?

Something to try. Have you got ArmourCrate installed? If so uninstall it.
