A lot of changes could be made here, what’s your max budget, your uses and what monitor(s) will you be pairing this up with? :)

This is a very high spec build for your monitor and the types of games you play… 😳 what’s your max budget, are you actually going to be playing more demanding games than these? Whats all of the extra storage for?
Sound cards aren’t really needed unless you’re doing professional audio editing...

What’s the monitor you’re going to be pairing this up with? For this price we can only put together so much for you, but should be able to get something decent with an upgrade path for the future :) done a good job so far though!

Right click on the desktop, Display settings, scroll down on that page to Advanced display settings, then Display adaptor properties for display 1, click on the Monitor tab and change the screen refresh rate to 60Hz :)
Can confirm this, when we (the company I work for) send parcels to the US with FedEx the electronic paperwork is all created in New Jersey even though the parcels never go there, usually just goes straight to the final destination :)
