I've spent most of the morning arranging my desk, removing my old work monitors etc. To make way for the new steed.
I played Warzone last night and this is guna take some getting used to. I almost connected a controller at one point!
Other than that I played a bit of Death Stranding on high...
Ha ha ha. I refuse to pay the premium for compressed air. Even in Costco they're about £20 for 6 bottles.
I'm probably guna buy a rechargeable one at some point, especially if we both have one.
I've made some tweaks, the HDD as suggested and taken out the LED strips as it appears the case has some.
I'll probably get a couple of NZXT fans and fit myself to keep it consistent but I think I'm happy. Well not happy about the expenditure; given this scenario happened last year but replace...
There must have been 100 different designs and theyll even etch your own design too. There are some glorious things on there. Theres people on Reddit use AliExpress liquid cooling systems with great success.
AliExpress. I ordered on 4 Aug and it arrived on 13 Aug. Quicker than some mainland Post! It cost £11.38 including shipping so I consider it a win.

Hey this last 2 weeks has been one learning curve for me! The h151i uses it for water temps, lighting and fan speed as far as i can tell. It all comes up on iCUE so i assume it comes from that.
Edit: what Scott said!
Thanks Scott. Dropping the SSD to a normal drive brings it down - is it worth £28 to add the PCS Frostflow CPU cooler, or will this provide no benefit over standard?

Thanks Steaky - it's due at 13:30 so my intention was to fit it and add the USB hub tomorrow to allow for Bluetooth, good to know it should work out this way.
Well I saw this coming. Since the arrival of mine, my 13 year old son now wants a gaming PC. He says all his mates are getting them for Christmas so naturally he's pulling the sympathy card.
He already has a monitor, which he wants to keep. Its a 31.5" 2560x1440 75Hz ( this one).
Is this...
Its the Bluetooth element that required the USB from what I gather. All of the cards I've looked at with Bluetooth have a USB requirement. I've ordered the nxt hub now and figured extra USB never come in wrong. I've got a small screen coming that needs a traditional USB so it'll come in useful...
Thanks SpyderTracks. The nxt is only 15 on Amazon and it'll come tomorrow so I've ordered that. I can fit the card until that comes i suppose, if it is just Bluetooth at least I'll have Internet!
So I'm looking at my mobo in prep for my wifi card coming and there are 2 USB slots on the mobo, both used, one by the h115i and the other it looks like it goes to the top mounted USB ports.
The card needs one so is there a solution to overcome this?
Thanks! Ive got some bits en route that'll finish it off (single braided cables and a 7" screen to sit inside with temps etc on).
Well here's the thing. We use powerline adapters so i didn't get a WiFi card. They gave up today so I'm sitting with this gaming PC with no Internet. I've ordered a...
