Hi folks got my lovely pc with 3070 card, went to play a game and saying cant find 3d and cannot find dirext x. I cant see my graphics card (windows 10 new user) HELP

Spydertracks i have tried setting new password to the actual site and auto reply states they will send new password..but no password is being sent. I have checked trash and scam etc and nowt :( going to try phone them as no live chat on at the moment
