The Consumer Rights Act replaces 4 previous Acts, recently used it against a large electronics retailer (not PCS) and they saw things my way after a little cajoling, and refunded me. They did initially tried to bluff me, until I sent them a pre-action protocol letter.
This game is the reason is I have not long spent almost £1,300 on a new pc, due to arrive in a couple of weeks. I remember playing the game on a Beeb model 2.
Cheers Martin and Garvas, upgraded to a 650w PSU. Thankfully the PC the will arrive after I next get paid, I can use that to buy a new monitor. Again, appreciate the advice.
CORSAIR 450W CV SERIES™ CV-450 POWER SUPPLY, new total just a little outside my budget. but that is what plastic is for.
The help of those who contributed is appreciated.
Oh forgot, Garvas, went with what you suggested with a couple of changes due to PCS being out of stock, changed the graphic to a 6GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2060 - HDMI, DP - VR Ready! a wee bit more and changed the PSU to a slightly cheaper one. Teach me for dithering. Now to twiddle my thumbs...
Where I live used to have two or three independent shops that built PC's but long gone. As for Curry's if their after sales service was has good as the staff in the store I would buy from them.
Once I have had Amazon delivery I will pop out to Curry's. But has mentioned I will not buy anything there. Their after sales service sucks. All the help is appreciated.
Cheers Gavras, thank your for your input.
I wonder if I can convince my employers that I need a 24" 144hz screen to use at home on the odd time I do so. Otherwise, out comes the plastic.
I will pop in to the branch of Curry's to see what their monitors look like, then get it on line as I most...

Hello All
I have just had the website suggest this has a build, I want to be able to play the mentioned games, and possibly Cyberpunk 2077, would this spec be ok. My budget is no more than £1,000, at a push £1,1000. I have use of a NEC EA2223WM Monitor, or use my LG43UN80 tv, what are your...
