@ubuysa . I really hope you're correct about the PSU. I spoke to PCS very early with this problem and they suggested the PSU. They also wanted the original kettle lead back to check out aswell.

Just a suggestion. You could try enabling ErP in the bios setup. That will power down all of the USB ports and attached devices. It will limit the ammount of power being fed to the system when shutdown.
