I will go and do a clean install now then and do exactly that, can I still use the same USB that I orginally did or do I have to re do it with the microsoft tool again.

I used the the installation tool to install it to a usb to boot from (I assume that would give the latest iso?) and I am almost certain I deleted every partition before installing it. Could the chipset be the reason I am experiencing these stutters in games?
The intel driver support thing told me I had an update that needed to install, this is the error I got.
Edit: I no longer have the intel graphics in device manager, it is now in other devices with a "?"
I already have checked device manager and seen the intel graphics wasn't there, enabled it in bios and now it let me update the chipset. here is a picture of my device manager anyway.

My temps seem fine, cpu max temp while testing some games was 65C and gpu was 67C
