I have both on my ASUS ROG STRIX-I PC and I'm using the Realtek Audio Console, which seems to work fine with a 5.1 system.
I've binned the SS3, but what is the difference please??
Will Direct Storage improve motor racing game play??
I have a PCS gaming PC built in May 2020.
The MB is the ROG STRIX X570-I GAMING with AMD Ryzen 7 3800X and 11GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2080 Ti.
It currently has a 1TB SSD, specs from the order sheet "SATA 6 Gb (520MB/R, 470MB/W)".
Seems that...
Thanks for advice. PCS informed and have retrospectively authorised. TPM 2.0 enabled and all works as before. Surprised that ASUS page on enabling TPM doesn't have check BIOS/update if necessary.
I have a just over 1 year old gaming PC from PCS. I've just been in the AMI Megatrends UEFI/BIOS and switched on TPM 2.0. Now there is no wifi or bluetooth, which suprised me. Reading a few articles and no mention on this issue. And settings seem to have completely disappeared.
Grateful for...
I'm using W10 on a PC with a 49" Samsung Ultra Wide Screen. I view programmes in windows about A4 size, and drag them to the centre area of the screen. I'm using a bluetooth keyboard with a track pad. As I move my finger on the trackpad, the displayed windows have a random habit of flying across...
I think the time scale on the website is misleading. I ordered 16 May and went pre-production 22 May.
On Monday, I saw "order 1 June, get 17 June", and yesterday "order 2 June, get 18 June". Well, 16 May to 2 June is the same 17 days and my machine hasn't started build.
So, the 12-14 days...
Yes dual slot GPU with only 2 slots.
Original case deemed too small by PCS, which had a USB 2.0 port, so upped to the Define Nano S which hasn't!!
It never rains, it pours!
There is no spare slot for a bracket. I know things should be compatible and backwards etc. But I want to minimise any issues. And the ROG has 2.0 USB 9 pin header but no 2.0 ports on the port panel, just lots of 3.X - which is strange anyway. Cutting the I/O shield is more preferable to...
There is a USB 2.0 9 pin header on the motherboard and I want to use USB 2.0 ports for gaming wheel. So I can either put the ports on I/O shield panel, which would be neat or thread something like this through a suitable hole on the case - the fan mounting slots on the rear panel look...
Can anyone tell me if there is space on the motherboard rear port I/O shield to fit a USB 2.0 2 socket screw panel?

Looking at the MB manual paragraph 2.3, seems...
