I have an order in building stage right now and considering going from 1TB+1TB NVMes to 0.5T+2T NVMes, but I want to know if it is possible to amend it.
The 5000X case is no longer available. so I went for the BQ Base 601. I have a HDD at home that I will add later to this build.

I dont believe the history is that relevant. For one, it mostly concerns an AMD build I was considering before Alder Lake launch or storage details. My current concerns (DDR4 Alder Lake and the DRM issue) are not at all related.
I have yet to order. For one, because I have yet to finalize the...
Hi. As a work around to the DRM issue causing certain games to not work on alder lake builds, activating legacy game compatibility mode in the motherboard BIOS puts the E cores on standby which resolves this issue.
However, I am not sure, of the available DDR4 Z690 motherboards, which ones...
Another benefit to having the OS on a different SSD is that if you want a larger SSD in the future, you can just swap the second one without having to deal with OS installation
First off all, Intel 11th gen is not worth it. Either go for Ryzen Zen 5000 series or Intel 12th gen.
Second of all, we need your budget, what kind of monitor you will be using, and maybe some examples of the games you want to play
500GB is sufficient, however, the first drive pretty much will never be updated. So I want a very fast and large NVMe that will not be beaten any time soon.
I have been gaming on a 500GB PS4 for 4+ years now and only recently did I get an upgrade, so while it is fine if we are talking about the...
My reasoning is as follows: The first NVMe is the OS one, I dont want to touch that for many years, so I dont want to get a small drive. For the second one, this is the one that will be swapped whenever I want to upgrade in the future. So getting 1 TB now is fine as, by the time I filled both...
1. After configuring your build, press "proceed", and scroll down and look for the "post to forum" button. Then copy the entire thing, including link and price, and past them here.
2. Tell us what is your budget and monitor as well as what kind of games you usually use.
I need the large RAM for my work, if PCS was selling 128GB 3600MHz RAM I would have bought it.
This kind of bother me a bit. Because I cant really find any "recommended speed" for gaming SSDs.
I actually had an alternative DDR4 build, what do you think?

The case and mobo arent worth the price, so changed them to the 5000X and X570-F (which would be fine even if you were running a 3090 system). A 3070Ti is fine for use case, and I put two NVMe's, it is a bit more expensive than the other suggestion, but you can drop from 1TB to 500GB boot SSD if...
Currently I am configuring a GPU-less build, as I have my own GPU. I must stay below 2500 Euros, not a single cent above. I want to check that my build does not have any issues.
The GPU I have is the ASUS TUF Gaming Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 OC
This is my build:

Hello,
I have a 3090 card, and I am planning on ordering the build below from here:

I dropped the fan and sleeved PSU cables. This looks good for me:

How does this look? I want an additional fan as to maybe help with cooling the GPU as well (since I will be using it at 100% for my work).
Also, just in case I need to reduce the budget a bit, where could I cut cost?

Can you please explain your suggestions?
1) Why did you change the Mobo?
2) Why two different SSDs?
3) Why a 1000W PSU when a 750W would be sufficient?
4) How about this:
