so i bought this laptop a year ago for £944 thinking it was pretty decent specs (my boyfriend customised it for me, i don’t really have a clue about that kind of thing). i wanted a gaming laptop and it runs well for what i use it for (usually pixel games like stardew or graveyard keeper or games like the sims and minecraft) the only thing is i finally decided to download some shaders on minecraft again and it’s taking my fps down from 95+ to 10fps. i’ve tried everything i can to customise the shader pack to work better with my laptop but nothings changed it. plus, shouldn’t i be able to run a shader pack on minecraft without any trouble? the people i’ve seen complaining about my same issue have been saying they have low end computers, and i was under the impression mine was at least average.
here are my specs
