I feel like this is a far better thread than the OG 3080. The first 200 pages of that are very sad and angry. We are a positive bunch over here.

Well it's hard to be grumpy when stuff is outside of anyone's control, being grumpy doesn't help anyone. But weird, overwhelming optimism and memes? Well, that'll either help people or creep them out, but either is better than being glum 😂

Im curious about when the next batch will come in. We're looking at 140 working days probably.

I mean thats the big questions isn't it. I hope even if its small batches its a steady stream of cards.

Just a bit of analysis here but it seems that the wait has been increasing, which isn't the end of the world, however this is most likely due to a lot of orders occurring during the December period because Christmas, and I don't think anyone anticipated this wait time.

Makes me think with the current average working days being currently at between 120-128 working days, PCS must be only just approaching December orders, since their update. Therefore say for myself as an example, I ordered on the 1st January and I'm anticipating getting my pc at around mid-late July which would be approximately 130-150 working days. However I still think that is being optimistic, as I do wonder how many orders were made in December.

Not sure if any of this helps anyone but there are my thoughts on current wait times.

Yeah I think this is about right if the deliveries stay regular. They mentioned they still had 220 cards over sold. I'm guessing that is up to when they turned off the pre-order in Feb iirc.
If they have a steady stream of cards every week then that 220 card list will soon go down.

Taken this opportunity to update my setup a lil, figured if I'm waiting this long for a system I might as well chip in the extra for 32GB RAM and a 2TB M.2 haha, gotta admit, the sub-order part of PC Specialist is great (I have not been sponsored to make this post, he says, suspiciously)

If you have a ryzen cpu its better to go 2x16gb then 4x8 if its 3600mhz as there are currently stability issues !!!

tell me about it xD I am so excited for the new pc i cant help myself and keep checking several times a day and researching all the stuff it is going into my build which resulted in a lot of changes
